A few things to know
How do credits work?
Every new explanation draws from one shared balance. Credits cover processing, including voice, research and visuals. Processing already performed can use credits even if you cancel or the result cannot be completed. Replaying saved content uses no credits. There are no separate question or PR allowances.
When do Free credits renew?
Free includes 4,000 credits each month. They renew on your signup day and time in UTC, or the last day of a shorter month. Unused credits do not roll over.
When do Pro credits renew?
You receive 50,000 credits when your paid month begins. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Questions on a shared board use the asking reviewer’s credits.
What happens when my credits run out?
Your existing boards stay available. New work pauses when there are not enough credits to prepare it. Replaying saved walkthroughs uses no credits, and there are no automatic overage charges.
