By using taybit.com or any Taybit service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Taybit provides tools to help you plan and optimize paid advertising for your business. Our strategy recommendations are informational and based on publicly available information and AI-generated analysis — they do not constitute financial or professional advertising advice.

You agree not to use Taybit to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation, (b) infringe the intellectual property of others, (c) submit false or misleading information, or (d) attempt to circumvent security measures or access systems you are not authorized to use.

Account functionality is coming soon. When available, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid plans are not yet available. When introduced, pricing, billing, and refund terms will be published at taybit.com/pricing and will form part of these terms.

Taybit and its underlying technology, brand, and content are owned by Taybit and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your business data and content remain yours — Taybit does not claim ownership of anything you provide.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Taybit does not guarantee that strategy recommendations will produce specific business outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions and how recommendations are executed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taybit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to Taybit, other users, or third parties.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email (for registered users) or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible.
